John T. Mulligan

President

John T. Mulligan is the President of ICI Mutual. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer, responsible for managing risk selection, exposure analysis, terms development, and pricing for ICI Mutual’s D&O/E&O, IDL, and Bond coverages.

Mr. Mulligan has over 25 years of professional liability management and underwriting experience. Prior to joining ICI Mutual in 2002, he held several management and underwriting positions in Chubb's Executive Protection Department, including practice leader of the Virginia territory. He also co-led an integration team of underwriting, operations, and technology staff during Chubb's 1999 acquisition of Executive Risk, Inc. Mr. Mulligan holds a bachelor's degree from Villanova University and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland.

Julia S. Ulstrup

Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Julia S. Ulstrup is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of ICI Mutual.  Ms. Ulstrup joined ICIM Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICI Mutual, in 2002.  She received her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from Wellesley College.  After law school, Ms. Ulstrup joined the Washington, D.C. office of Dechert Price & Rhoads (now Dechert LLP) as an associate.  She also served as Senior Counsel in the Office of Chief Counsel in the Division of Investment Management at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.  Ms. Ulstrup is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia bars.

Margaret M. Sullivan

Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer

Margaret M. Sullivan is Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer, overseeing the day-to-day management of ICI Mutual's underwriting staff and managing relationships with member-insureds. Ms. Sullivan joined ICI Mutual's underwriting team in 1999 after working as a broker for the Company's subsidiary, ICI Mutual Insurance Brokers, Inc. from 1997 to 1999. Ms. Sullivan received her Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University in May of 2007. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah in 1994.
