ICI Mutual also offers its expertise and an array of other resources, including the Claims Trends Newsletter, Litigation Notebook, and Managing Defense Costs (PDF), to assist insureds and their outside counsel to defend against litigation. Our insureds remain with us long after their insurance claims are resolved, which we view as the most convincing evidence of superior claims handling.
